The Presidential Amnesty Program (PAP) administrator, Chief Dennis Otuaro, PhD, engaged with PAP students who are now studying abroad in the United Kingdom (UK).
The students showed their sincere appreciation and delight for the Administrator’s dedication to their welfare and scholarships during the meeting. They appreciated his thoughtfulness and commitment to their academic progress.
In response, Chief Otuaro emphasized the importance of academic success and counseled students to continue their education for a career to represent the Niger Delta region properly. To make the nation proud, he challenged them to reach their full potential and positively influence Nigeria’s growth and development.
To prevent giving a false image about the people of the Niger Delta and Nigeria in general, he also cautioned them to be law-abiding, peaceful citizens in their new surroundings.
The meeting raised the students’ emotions, which reaffirmed the administrator’s encouragement to pursue their academic goals and dedication to enhancing the amnesty program.
