Pap Delegate October Payment Delay: Otuaro Clear Air.

The Presidential Amnesty Program Administrator would want to make it clear that the Office is not responsible for the September stipend payments that certain delegates have not received.

In paying delegates their stipends, the PAP Office has since fulfilled its responsibilities.

On October 24, the Office arranged for payment to be made after receiving approval from Administrator Dr. Dennis Otuaro.

It is quite probable that the impacted delegate’s banks are experiencing difficulties with their payment systems. Once these problems are fixed, they should be able to make payments.

The Office is worried about certain delegates who have not yet gotten their stipends, but it encourages them to maintain their composure because they will undoubtedly receive them.

The PAP Administrator prioritizes paying delegates’ stipends and will never hesitate to meet the Office’s financial obligations.

The Office appreciates the cooperation and understanding of all delegates.
