PAP: Senator Manager compliments Otuaro and cautions critics

PAP: Senator Manager compliments Otuaro and cautions critics
The National Assembly’s Delta South Senatorial District representative, Senator James Manager, claimed that some of the problems facing the Presidential Amnesty Program were intentional diversion by those with bad intentions for the Ijaw people and the Niger Delta.
He claimed that the nefarious schemes were intended to divert Dr. Dennis Otuaro, the PAP Administrator, from his responsibilities.
The PAP leader received commendation From senator manager, who made this statement during Otuaro’s weekend consulting visit to his Abuja home, for managing the office effectively in spite of these distractions.
According to a statement released on Sunday by the Special Assistant on Media to PAP Administrator, Mr. Igoniko Oduma, the PAP leader has demonstrated exceptional ability and proficiency in carrying out his responsibilities since taking office, according to Manager.
He observed that Otuaro’s execution of the program’s mandate suggested that, even prior to his appointment by President Bola Tinubu, he had an understanding of how to run the program.
Manager, who spent twenty years serving the people of the Delta South senatorial district, said Otuaro was fully aware of the difficulties facing the office and the Niger Delta.
He congratulated the PAP administrator for reaching a significant milestone in realigning the office to better serve the citizens of the area and the nation at large, and he asked him to stay focused on his objectives.
Otuaro was making progress toward achieving the program’s goals, Senator manager emphasized, adding that the program was created for the region’s sustained peace, security, stability, and prosperity.
“I want to thank you again for your consultative visit,” he remarked. I believe you have the ability and competence to manage the workplace because you were an active participant in the struggle.
“You have already demonstrated your ability by managing the office and carrying out the PAP mandate effectively. The PAP was established with a specific goal in mind—maintaining the Niger Delta’s peace, security, and development.
“I want to implore you to stay committed to your objectives. It is true that some of the obstacles facing the Presidential Amnesty Program are deliberate diversion from those harboring negative sentiments toward the Niger Delta and the Ijaw people. Just keep your attention on what you are doing, though.
The PAP Administrator had previously informed Senator Manager that the program was diligently repositioning itself for the region’s general advantage under his direction.
With greater financing, the PAP office would do much more through its educational, vocational, and post-training empowerment programs for the people of the region, according to Otuaro, who stated that the program was in its reintegration phase, which had a very broad scope.
“I am aware of the difficulties facing our area,” he remarked. We must engage in more activities in the interest of our region and Nigeria as a whole as we enter the program’s reintegration phase, which has a very broad scope.
“We think that with increased finance, we can make a greater impact on the region’s unimpeded growth, security, and permanent peace.
“To accommodate everyone, we are implementing educational, vocational, and post-training empowerment programs.
“We are doing whatever we are doing for the betterment of our people and our region.”
