In a statement released on Tuesday, Somina Morrison Igani, the National Coordinator of the National Association of Presidential Amnesty Graduates, complimented Otuaro for taking a fresh tack in leadership. The organization additionally credited him for significantly improving PAP oversight.
In all facets of the initiative, Igani noted, Otuaro’s creative leadership style has been demonstrated, especially in his unwavering pursuit of closing the human capital development gap in the Niger Delta.

The timely payment of monthly allowances to former agitators, he continued, had been essential to the region’s long-term peace, security, and stability and had greatly aided in the reintegration process.
In addition, he emphasized that the PAP chairman had shown an unmatched commitment to the academic advancement of NAPAG members, emphasizing their satisfaction with Otuaro’s leadership.
Igani said, “His administration has greatly increased educational opportunities, ensuring that we are better equipped to contribute to the growth of the nation.”
The PAP Administrator was also recognized by the Presidential Amnesty graduates for the well-thought-out appointment of competent aides and for providing exceptional customer service.
